DriftFix Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing DriftFix. We take pride in our precision-upgraded controllers and premium modifications. If your controller isn't performing up to your expectations, we are here to help you get it sorted.

1. The 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your tracking number shows "delivered" to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your controller arrives with a hardware defect, stick drift out of the box, or cosmetic damage from shipping, please contact us immediately. We will issue a prepaid shipping label for a free repair, replacement, or full refund.

  • Change of Mind: If you simply decided you don’t want the controller, it must be returned in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

2. Condition & Restocking Fees

Because our controllers feature precision upgrades and custom components, returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility:

3. What Cannot Be Returned (Exceptions)

  • Fully Custom Builds: Controllers built via a custom "design-your-own" configuration tool (unique shell colors, custom text, specific button mappings requested by the user) are final sale unless they arrive defective.

  • Digital Goods: Any digital gift cards or downloadable content.

4. Warranty & Long-Term Support

Did your return window just close? Don't sweat it. Every DriftFix upgraded controller comes with our standard 90-Day DriftFix Warranty covering internal component failures, paddle/button malfunctions, and digital defects.

Note: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including stick drift accumulated over months of heavy competitive use), accidental drops, or liquid spills.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email us at michaelolsen1997@gmail.com with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue (photos or a quick video clip help speed things up!).

  2. Pack It Securely: Ship the controller back in its original box, placed inside a secure shipping box with plenty of padding. DriftFix is not responsible for items damaged due to poor return packaging.

  3. Drop It Off: Attach the provided shipping label and drop it off at the designated carrier.

Once we receive and inspect your controller, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
